Install the behavior and resource packs in your world.

Grant admin access
Grant admin tag so you can open the settings menu.

Open Admin Menu
Tap Admin Menu in your inventory and start configuring.
Initial checklist
- ServerTools behavior and resource packs are active.
- Beta APIs is enabled in world experiments.
- Admin tag is set before opening the settings menu.
